4th Parkway is the area of the 24th EAR attack. This attack is
important because it marked a significant change in the EAR's criminal
behavior. This is the first attack in the South Area of Sacramento
County. Intense Sheriff and EARS patrols in the East Area are mostly
responsible for this change in location. Also of note, there is no
river access in this particular area.
